This is our new pellet mill “PM-200”, it has a large mixing container for all pelletable materials such as wood chips, feed mixtures and much more. The switchable dosing screw can be adjusted in the quantity flow. A high-performance water pump is integrated into the PM-200, with which you can add 0 to 5 liters of water per hour to the mixing screw. The material to be pressed is fed to the grinder via the hopper and pressed into pellets by increasing the pressure and temperature. The material fed has a strong impact on the quality of the pellets. Materials with a moisture content of around 15% are used. The material must not contain any impurities such as stones or metal! We recommend that our customers always shred their material with a hammer mill before pressing.
The machine is manufactured in Germany “Made in Germany”.
We have specially developed matrices and rollers for the PM-200.
Since the load on the motor is often at the limit with hardwood (including chipboard, etc.), we have developed special matrices and rollers that significantly reduce the load on the motor. This drastically increases the service life of the engine. In addition, wear and electricity costs decrease. The special set is only available with 6 mm holes.
The press is normally delivered with a special 6 mm die and roller. The following hole diameters are optionally available.
